November 19th, 2022 was an exciting day for our students at Akshar School. With several goals in mind, an educational expedition to Anand Sahib “the Holy City of Bliss” was organized.

To begin with, the children visited Gurudwara at Anand Sahib before heading to Virasat-e-Khalsa. The museum visit was an integrated learning approach, as the students learned about history and mathematics through geometrical figures; language, and architecture through carved calligraphy.

The evening grew more adventurous as the teachers conducted various outdoor activities. Finally, the long bus ride back to school served as the cherry on the cake. It was a great experience for the students and teachers.

We are sure that children made beautiful, everlasting memories.
