Shri B.M Aggarwal was born and raised in a small town in Punjab, he migrated to Delhi in early 1970’s. With his modest and down-to-earth approach, he is always enthused to support education-related endeavours for students from low-income households.

Vice President
Alok Aggarwal is a visionary leader who founded Ozone Overseas, the parent company in 1999. He is a biggest supporter and cheerleader of Akshar School, and its varied activities.
Vandana Aggarwal
Founder
Vandana Aggarwal is passionate about education and the holistic development of children, especially with little access to quality education. Akshar School has been built by her gradually to support students at Kaimbwala from middle school right until they finish their college education.

Mr. Shambhu Das has been associated with Akshar Chandigarh, since its inception 2009 and has been pivotal in the growth and sustenance of the school. He has been a pillar of strength for all the students in terms of education, co-curricular activities and providing mentorship for students aspiring higher education.
Anu Thakur

Anu Thakur has been a mentor and an educator with Akshar since 2016. Her experience of 20 years in the field of education is extremely beneficial to all students. She takes on new initiatives and projects with gusto and ensures their success.
Balwinder Kaur has been in the teaching profession for seven years now. Her creativity and easy-going nature have made her the students’ favourite. She is relatable, always smiling and ready for new challenges. Balwinder has been with the Akshar School since 2017.

Pooja Das
Senior Executive
Ms. Pooja Das is a coordinator and joined The Ozone Foundation in April 2022. Pooja has been an active part of the socio-educational and development sector since 2017. Pooja brings enthusiasm and energy in her every pursuit regarding the education and development of Akshar Children. She has been instrumental in the admissions of all graduating students of 2022 to be enrolled in various colleges and universities.
Prabal Chauhan
Volunteer Teacher
Prabal Chauhan has been a teacher at the Akshar school since 2016. He comes from Mumbai and has been in the theatre profession for more than 17 years now.
Anubhav Som joined Akshar school in 2022 as an art teacher. He has been in this profession since 2005 and is also a guest lecturer to at Chitkara University.
